Shipping is based on UPS and USPS service. East Coast Flag and Flagpole may choose to ship certain flagpole stands and flagpoles via ground service because of their weight and bulky shaped packaging. For estimate delivery, please contact us at: 1-800-823-3524 (FLAG)

Should you need your Flags/Banners sooner - we can ship via UPS Next Day or 2nd Day air to expedite the service. Please contact a sales representative for help calculating the cost. *Please note: UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Please provide us with a valid street address!

We accept payment by credit card only. We do not accept personal checks. *Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped to New Jersey.

We will replace any damaged or defective items that you receive as long as East Coast Flag and Pole have the items available. If the goods are not currently available, we will issue you a refund for the damaged items. *Please note that all claims for damages made within 72 hours after the receipt of the shipment.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. All returns must be unused and packaged in the original shipping cartons, including all packing materials along with the packing slip. Your refund will be credited to your credit card upon our receipt of the item(s) minus a 15% restocking charge on the net value of the goods returned. Shipping fees from the original order will not be refunded and the cost of shipping the return back to East Coast Flag and Pole is the customer's responsibility.

Please note that most stock flags converted for specialized requirements and custom products are MADE TO ORDER and are NOT RETURNABLE. However, defective ones can be exchanged for a replacement.
